About Your Guide

My name is Anna Mitra, and I'm so excited that you're here.

I discovered yoga during my teenage years, at a time when I was desperate to find deeper meaning in life. My younger years had left me with a good dose of spiritual cynicism, so I was hesitant when my friends invited me to a class at the new yoga studio that had opened up in my rural Southern Oregon town. I showed up that day ready to roll my eyes, and instead I was introduced to a practice rooted in curiosity, compassion, and connection.

I have now been sharing these practices for over a decade, and am grateful to be able to offer them in this way.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I download the app?
    This app is built a little differently than the ones you'll find in the App Store. You can download the app to your phone, tablet, or desktop by visiting the Online Studio, and there should be a banner that appears at the bottom of the page inviting you to download the app.
  • How often are classes added?
    Classes are livestreamed twice a week, and are added to the Class Library. Because I am just one single human running the show, it can sometimes take me a day or two to update the class titles and descriptions.
  • Help! The livestream class isn't working!
    Technical issues do happen every once in a while. If you've already checked your internet connection, the issue might be on my end. This is rare, but it does happen. If it does, I will keep you updated in the comment section below the video.
  • How long is the membership contract?
    There is no contract! You can cancel or change your membership at anytime here.
  • What props do I need?
    For the majority of these classes, you'll need: - a yoga mat - 2 blocks - a blanket Occasionally, you will also need: - a strap - a bolster or pillows
  • Will other people be able to see me?
    No, these classes are a one-way livestream. You can interact with me and other students in the comment section below each video.
  • Is there a free trial?
    Yes, all membership options include a 7-day free trial.
  • What is the difference between the three membership option?
    There is no different between the three membership options in terms of access. All options include access to the weekly livestream classes, the class library, the community section, and any bonus practices. I offer three tiers of pricing in an attempt to make these practices financially accessible to as many people as possible.
  • Is there a refund policy?
    There are no refunds for membership payments. You can cancel your membership anytime here.
  • How long are the classes?
    I offer a rotation of class styles with varying lengths: Vinyasa - 60 minutes Flow + Let Go - 75 minutes Mini Flow - 30 minutes Gentle Yoga - 45 minutes
