This retreat is an opportunity to clarify and set your intentions for the Autumn Equinox, nourish and connect over a group catered meal, flow and let go through a sweet Vinyasa/Restorative practice, and end the day with a rejuvenating sauna and soak at Common Ground Wellness.

Through a series of journaling prompts, delve deep into the essence of your being to clarify your core values. We will wrap up by transform these insights into a poetic mission statement, a declaration of your truest self. Whether you believe that the new year is a time to make grand declarations of transformation or just another day on the calendar, there is power in creating check-in points throughout our lives to reflect, assess, and refine our intentions for how we are moving through the world.
On New Year's Day, please join us for this special workshop practice where we will reflect and offer gratitude to 2024, and envision and make actionable plans for our goals and intentions in 2025. We will connect, journal, share, and then install this work into our bodies and spirits through a blend of Vinyasa and Restorative yoga.
