True Nature.

Take a quiet moment for yourself today. Remind yourself that it is our true nature to feel fully and freely. Especially when it is hard. At times like this, I want more than anything to shut down, to dig myself a hole and crawl into it until it's all over. But today I am practicing staying with this grief, this rawness. I am working to alchemize these feelings into right action, into helping myself heal within the container of helping those who need it most. We are all waves of the same ocean, unique expressions of the same source. We all need help. We all need each other.
